Compassion-Based Resilience Training

 

The only proven contemplative training that introduces participants to mindfulness, compassion, imagery and breath-work in one complete program of stress-reduction, self-healing, and mind/body well-being. The training consists of eight weekly modules that introduce and teach mindfulness, insight, compassion, imagery, and breath-energy work. It also offers a student manual and guided audio meditations to support home practice and fieldwork.
